Karen Boykin-Towns: Brooklyn NAACP President & Pfizers Depo Provera Queen
Mrs. Towns 20-year career has paralleled the use and development of Pfizers lethal birth-control drug Depo Provera that has earned large profits while ruining the lives of countless black women. Rewarded for her loyalty, to Pfizer in spite of it crimes against African women, Karen Boykin-Towns received high-profile positions in both government and the private sector.Towns heads Global Sites for Pfizer Inc., and she has been using her skin color to shield her company from taking the deadly Depo Provera off the market even after losing major law suits and encountering strong international and health reform actions to challenge the use of their deadly product. Unmoved by the suffering of other black women, Towns has been advanced to ever more important leadership roles ?and deliver results for the corporations at the expense of poor women of color.

Pfizers Depo Provera an injectable contraceptive, according to the FDA studies have shown for twenty years, to be a very dangerous drug specifically targeted at women of color. Ending funding would effectively saves lives in low-income communities with the highest HIV/AIDS infection rates in the United States and Africa. In spite of the fact that affordable and effective at preventing pregnancies, Depo Provera has multitude dangerous side effects. According to the 2004 Pfizer/FDA Black Box Warning, women who use Depo Provera can suffer greatly decreased bone mineral density; and the bone loss increases with continuing use and is often irreversible. Recent studies have also confirmed that women who use Depo Provera double their risk of developing breast cancer. Depo Provera also doubles a female's susceptibility to HIV/AIDS, because the drug induces thinning of the vaginal epithelium. Additionally, statistics indicate that women infected with HIV who use Depo Provera put HIV-negative partners at a greater risk of contracting the virus. Health providers that serve low-income females (i.e. Planned Parenthood) refuse to inform patients about FDA warnings and are not required to post FDA/Depo Provera warnings on websites and explain all dangerous side effects to patients before administering this drug. Additionally, black women in the U.S. often are coerced into taking Depo Provera to prevent future births. In Chicago and South Carolina, for instance, doctors pressure young Black women into taking Depo Provera immediately following births or abortions

We will first inquire into the results of the approbation or displeasure of God upon a people, starting with the belief that a black skin is a mark of the curse of heaven placed upon some portions of mankind. Some, however, will argue that a black skin is not a curse, nor a white skin a blessing. In fact, some have been so foolish as to believe and say that a black skin is a blessing, and that the negro is the finest type of a perfect man that exists on the earth; but to us such teachings are foolishness. We understand that when God made man in his own image and pronounced him very good, that he made him white. Do not forget sterilization and Women of Color

In the late 1960s and through the 1970s, activists and academics noticed a widespread trend among women of color: sterilization. The particular type of sterilization is medically referred to as tubal ligation? and commonly known as getting ones tubes tied. It permanently terminates a woman's ability to have children. Concern over widespread abuse emerged in the late 1960s and 1970s when it was found that disproportionate numbers of African American, American Indian, Puerto Rican, and Mexican origin women were undergoing the surgery compared to European American women. One of the cases that brought racially-targeted sterilization abuse to national attention was the 1973 case of the Relf sisters two African American early adolescent-aged sisters who were sterilized at an Alabama family planning clinic that received federal funds.

The boy's mother, Jessica Bennett, 33, of Minnesota told the FBI that she and her son were seated in row 28, seat B, on February 8 on Delta Flight 721 that originated in Minneapolis, according to an FBI agent's affidavit filed in U.S. District Court in Atlanta this week.
The boy began crying because of the altitude change, and his mother tried to soothe him, court papers said. Then Hundley, who was seated next to the mother and son, allegedly told her to "shut that ('N word') baby up," according to court documents.
Hundley then turned around and slapped the 2-year-old in the face with an open hand, which caused the child to scream even louder, the affidavit said. The boy suffered a scratch below his right eye, court papers said. Other passengers on the plane assisted Bennett, and one of them heard the slur and witnessed the alleged assault, the affidavit said. The plane landed at Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International. The charge of simple assault on someone under age 16 carries a prison sentence of one year, court papers said. Hundley has since been suspended from his job pending the investigation.

Sistas should take care of their hair with natural elements like their ancestors. Use olive oil, almond, coconut or mineral oil and scent it with a oils such as sandalwood. You do not need straightening combs and chemicals to look beautiful. Don't be fooled or made a fool of.There is nothing artificial about being beautiful.
If you notice all the beauty trends are about you, The full lips via silicone shots, afro wigs and chemical hair sprays to stiffen the hair like "mousse." The Judicial system, seems to assume that black crime statistics are a valid indication of the mind state of the entire colored community.

Susan Vaughan Smith of Union, S.C. was convicted on July 22, 1995, and sentenced to life in prison for murdering her two sons, Michael Daniel Smith, 3, and 14-month-old Alexander Tyler Smith She accused a blackman for the incident. Peace to her children.
On Oct. 23, 1989, Charles Stuart
shot and killed his pregnant wife, Carol Stuart. His accusation that a black man was responsible inflamed racial tensions in Boston. Many innocent men of color experienced extra high levels of brutality. Charles Stuart and his pregnant wife Carol left a maternity class at Brigham and Women Hospital in Boston on Oct. 23, 1989. As they drove home, Charles drove to Mission Hills, a predominantly African-American neighborhood, and shot Carol in the head.

Charles then shot himself in the abdomen and called 911, saying that he and his wife had been shot. A film crew for Rescue 911,which had been shooting at the Boston Emergency Medical Services, captured the entire event on camera.
As Charles was strapped onto a gurney and taken inside an ambulance, he gave police details of the alleged crime. A policeman asks him, Who did it? Was he a white guy? Charles responds, He was a black man.

From the Million man march to Jenna 6 to Mr. Bell Nubians seem to get together and march, in the main, the downtown areas. Great and powerful turn out indeed! However, a large amount of revenue is going to hotels, motels, and every deli within a mile radius of march and they are making major profits. Nubians seem to feed the very beast they say they are against. Those who oppose deception and unjust acts by their Elite, should get together and not do! How about not buying skittles, or hoodies? Or not going to that movie and liquor store that weekend of the silent march HHHMMM get together and NOT! feed the beast? We can only wonder.....

Obama at Morehouse: Black men cannot use racism as a crutch Black men
Speaking at a historically black college, President Obama said Sunday that he sometimes blamed his youthful failings on racism and urged graduates to look up to black male role models such as filmmaker Spike Lee.
Forgiveness is most difficult when the injury is deliberate and no fault lies in the one injured - a true victim, an innocent.  Thus, the perpetrator has savaged the injured for sport, for a power trip, or to simply gratify themselves at the expense of another. In these cases forgiveness is inappropriate, and is not the issue. In these cases the injured should be concentrating not on forgiveness, but on defense, and after ending the assaults on changing the circumstances that allowed the injury in the first placeDoes your criminal justice system forgive the sadistic murderer and say to the victim - the problem is yours as you have not learned to forgive?

An organizational culture
that emphasizes crime control over crime prevention and that isolates the police from the communities and the people they serve." As a result, police violence, hate and resentment stems from this culture which teaches "to command and confront, not to communicate," These findings were echoed in the book Above the Law: Police and the Excessive Use of Force. In it, UC Berkeley law professor Jerome Skolnick and former New York City police officer/Temple University criminal justice professor James Fyfe say that "police work is often viewed by those in the force as an us-versus-them war rather than a chance for community-oriented engagement and problem solving.

But we can't all of a sudden get down on our knees and turn everything over to the leadership of the blacks. I believe in white supremacy until the blacks are educated to a point of responsibility. I don't believe in giving authority and positions of leadership and judgment to irresponsible people."
2003: While surrendering on his knees in front of four Las Vegas police officers, Orlando Barlow is shot with an assault rifle by officer Brian Hartman from 50 feet away. Hartman argued that he feared Barlow was feigning surrender and about to grab a gun. Barlow was unarmed; a jury ruled the fatal shooting was "excusable." Hartman later resigned from the force a month before a federal probe uncovered that he and other officers printed T-Shirts labeled "BDRT" which stood for "Baby's Daddy Removal Team" and "Big Dogs Run Together." The probe also found that Hartman and other officers had used excessive force during other separate investigations and lied about it.

As the creator of characters that fill our hearts with joy and laughter, would it be hard to believe Walt Disney have held racist views? But there are several charges against Disney for being racist, anti-Semitic and sexist. The racism rumors stem primarily from racial stereotypes embedded within several movies including, Dumbo's black crows, Fantasia's black servant centaurette and "Song of the South," a film so embarrassingly racist the Disney company has locked it up in its infamous vault. In his biography "Walt Disney: The Triumph of the American Imagination," Neal Gabler discusses an instance when Disney used the word "pickaninny" and a meeting in which he referred to the seven dwarves as a "nigger pile." According to Vulture, Gabler also points out that Disney anticipated the controversy around "Song of the South" and released the film anyway, despite the fact that a scheduled meeting with the NAACP never took place.

Police Shoot Unarmed African American Mother and Infant
What is going on with the police in Ohio? From the looks of things with the shooting deaths of John Crawford and 12-year-old Tamir Rice, you would think that the state recently lost its mind. City of Cleveland Issues Official Response To Lawsuit, Blames 12-Year-Old For Being Killed by Police
With little fan-fair from the mainstream media, the city of Cleveland just issued a response to the family of Tamir Rice and their wrongful death lawsuit, related to the 12-year-old’s shooting death by police officer Timothy Loehmann. In short, city officials are blaming the victim, saying that Tamir Rice bears all of the blame for being shot and killed without hesitation by police.

Arnold Schwarzenegger
Schwarzenegger is also coming under criticism for past comments he made about African Americans.

  Hulk Hogan
Hogan also attempted to use bizarre, twisted logic in an attempt to justify his bigotry at the man.
“I don’t know if Brooke was f*cking the black guy’s son,” he raved.
“I mean, I don’t have double standards. I mean, I am a racist, to a point, f*cking n*ggers. But then when it comes to nice people and sh*t, and whatever.”

There are countless stories of Government officials, state workers and ordinary people accusing blacks of commiting crimes they haven't committed.

Legal System Struggles With How to React When Police Officers Lie

Japanese Americans in Concentration Camps

Our people were forced into concentration camps and their lives where ripped away from them. One of the reasons that they threw us into the terrible living conditions was that they believed that we were spies for Japan during World War II, which in the end only ten people were convicted of spying for Japan, all of whom were Caucasian. The sudden attack of Pearl Harbor increased a fear of our people. Members of congress escalated fear of us among the American people. As early as January 1942, there was talk of imprisoning us. Many whites were motivated by economic self-interest and were determined to destroy our businesses, which they saw as competition
It all began with police raids, where they were frantically looking for those of us, whom they thought to be spies. More than two thousand of us were arrested without any evidence of disloyalty. Our businesses were forced to close down, the police were illegally detaining us, evicting us from our homes, and firing us from our jobs.
In the first phase of federal action that was taken against us, we along with anyone else whose ancestry was linked to countries at war with the U.S., where moved out of our areas and our travel was restricted. On February 19, 1942 phase two began when President Franklin Roosevelt issued executive order 9066. It stated that military commanders could designate areas that they could exclude us from living there. Areas such as the western parts of California, Washington, Oregon, and southern parts of Arizona were areas that were restricted from us. We were the only ones who were detained in assembly centers, in large numbers, and later transported under guard to barbed-wire concentration camps.
